The tart had a nice crunch with the creamy filling. I actually don’t see this on the menu that often at other dim sum restaurants, so it was nice to see a baked durian tart on their menu. I love eating this with XO sauce or spicy sauce. There are lots of prawns inside without too much filler and the rice skin in a good thickness.
